| How do I get a refund? | Write to support@eldr.space within 30 days. It is granted, in full, on the first ask. No form, no questions about what went wrong. |
| How do I cancel? | Account → Billing: “Cancel plan”, then “Yes, cancel”. Two clicks. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. |
| When does it renew? | The annual, twelve months after purchase. The monthly plans, on the same date each month. We email you seven days before every renewal, with the date and the amount. |
| Do I keep a course after I cancel? | Yes. A course you bought, or picked on the course plan, stays open on your account for good. |
| What can I pay for today? | All three plans, and any course on its own for $10. |
| Do I need an account to try it? | No. Ask Yes or No or run a read right now. An account keeps your history. |
