Questions with money in them
Refunds, renewal, cancellation.
| How do I get a refund? | Ask within 30 days. It is granted, in full, on the first ask. No form, no questions about what went wrong, no partial credit instead of money. |
| How do I cancel? | Account → Billing, one button, then confirm inside the payment portal. Two clicks. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. |
| When does it renew? | Twelve months after purchase, once. We email seven days before, with the date and the amount, to the address you signed in with. |
| Is there a retention call? | No. There is no queue, no offer, no “before you go” screen. The button cancels. |
| Do pack reads expire? | No. They sit on the account until used. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. |
| Can I switch pack → annual? | Yes, at any time. Unused pack reads stay on the account and are still there if the annual lapses. |
| What happens to my data if I leave? | Export it as JSON or delete the account outright from Account → Data. Deletion is a hard delete, not a flag. |
| Do I need an account to try it? | No. Run the intake and read the result. The account is where the log lives afterwards. |
