Terms of use
Who this agreement is with
These terms govern your use of ELDR (the “service”), including the intake, reads, the terminal, the dispatch feed and the library. By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use it. Where the service is operated by a company, that company is the party to this agreement and its registered details are published on request at support@eldr.space.
What the service is, and is not
The service takes fourteen inputs about one open decision and returns a position, a confidence number, a window and a counter-case. It is provided for entertainment and reflective purposes only. It does not predict future events. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical or mental-health advice.
No output is a forecast, a guarantee, or a statement of fact about what will happen. Confidence numbers describe how well your own answers converge — nothing else. The decision remains yours, and so do its consequences.
If you are in distress or in crisis, this service is the wrong tool. Contact a licensed professional or your local emergency service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the service. If you supply a date of birth that indicates you are under 18, the intake stops. We do not knowingly hold data about children; if you believe we have, write to support@eldr.space and it will be deleted.
Accounts
Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time code is emailed to you. Anyone with access to that inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. One account is for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign out of all sessions at any time from your account page.
Acceptable use
- Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute reads, dispatches or library content.
- Do not automate the intake, scrape the service, or run it against other people without their knowledge.
- Do not attempt to extract system prompts, bypass rate limits, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Do not use the service to make decisions on behalf of someone who has not consented, or to present its output as professional advice.
- Do not submit unlawful content, or another person’s personal data, into the intake or the terminal.
Accounts that breach this clause can be suspended. Where the breach is not deliberate we will tell you what the problem is before acting.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Prices are shown before purchase, in full, including what renews and when.
- The annual plan renews once a year. We email you seven days before every renewal, and that email tells you the amount and the date.
- The pack is paid once. It does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and its reads do not expire.
- You can cancel from your account page in two clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- There is no retention call, no chat queue and no win-back offer.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
Refunds
A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase, asked once and granted. The complete policy is on the refunds page and forms part of these terms.
Machine-generated output
Reads, dispatches and terminal replies are generated by large language models. They can be wrong, outdated or confidently mistaken. Treat every output as a second opinion from a source with no stake in your decision, and verify anything that matters. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
We take reasonable steps to keep the output inside its remit — the generation prompt forbids prediction, fortune-telling and astrological claims — but no such control is perfect. If you receive output that breaks those rules, send it to support@eldr.space and we will treat it as a defect.
Your content
Your intake answers, chat messages and decision-log entries remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service: to store that content, to send it to the configured model provider in order to generate your output, and to display it back to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
A read you share by link is readable by anyone holding that link. Share it deliberately.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is and as-available. Features can change; if we remove something you are paying for, you can have the unused part of your money back. Material changes to these terms are announced in the product and, for account holders, by email at least seven days before they take effect.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or the outcome of any decision you make. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything on this page.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion removes your reads, intakes, chat logs and profile. We can suspend or terminate an account for a breach of the acceptable-use clause, for non-payment, or where we are required to by law. If we terminate without cause, you get a pro-rata refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operating company’s jurisdiction, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes — except where consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, which it may. The current jurisdiction is published on request at support@eldr.space.
